We believe spiritual growth happens best in community. Our Sunday School classes and small groups are places where friendships are formed, faith is strengthened, and God's Word comes alive through study, discussion, prayer, fellowship, and service.

Small Groups

Tuesday Morning Bible Study

Tuesdays | 10:00 AM

This welcoming group gathers for a variety of discipleship opportunities throughout the year, including Bible studies, Christian book discussions, and other faith-based studies. Every gathering encourages spiritual growth and meaningful conversations.

Thursday Evening Bible Study

Thursdays | 6:30 PM

Fireside Room

Leader: Becky Umphrey

Designed for women with busy schedules, this evening group offers a relaxed atmosphere for Bible studies, podcast conversations, and faith-centered discussion. Some studies include optional weekly homework, but you're always welcome to join the conversation whether you've completed it or not.

Men's Discipleship

Thursdays | 6:00 AM

Men gather each Thursday morning for Scripture, prayer, fellow and encouragement as they grow together in their walk with Christ. Throughout the year, the group also serves through hands-on mission projects, putting their faith into action by caring for our church, our community, and those in need.

Pastor's Bible Study

Fireside Room

Leader: Nick Hughes

Join us on Wednesdays at 5:30 in the Fireside Room as the pastor teaches through books of the Bible. Expand your knowledge of God’s Word and how it applies to your lives. We break during the summer months.

We're excited to launch a new Adult Sunday School class beginning Sunday, August 16. Whether you're visiting Mountain Chapel for the first time, have been attending worship but haven't yet connect with a Sunday School class, or are simply looking for a fresh place to grow, this class offers a wonderful opportunity to study God's Word, build meaningful relationships, and become more connected to the life of our church.

Visiting for the first time?

If you're visiting us for the first time, stop by the Welcome Center or speak with one of our greeters in the lobby on Sunday morning. They'll be happy to answer your questions, introduce you to a class, and help you find the best place to begin.
